_ The 2018 Swinging Bridge Trail Run:

  • Swinging Bridge Trail Run is nestled among the trails of Tishomingo State Park.  The Trail run will consist of a short course and long course in which anyone can walk or run the trail.  The trail run is a project of Friends of Tishomingo State Park to help raise additional funds for projects within the park to help preserve and enhance the park. The short course is approximately 4 miles and the long course is 13ish miles. The long course will include the NEW TRAIL!  Both courses involve hills, smooth and rocky terrain and fabulous scenery!!  Both distances are on trails.  Full support will be available along the course.  Each participant will receive a medal with the swinging bridge logo, a short-sleeve dri-fit shirt and great food afterwards!!
