_ The 2018 Go the Distance 5K:

Come join us for our Annual Go The Distance 5K. Run or walk a paved course through beautiful Bennington, Vermont. This race benefits the Client Wellness Fund at United Counseling Service. Wellness activities can help individuals focus, overcome obstacles, get along with others and even fight off illness. Wellness programs are broad and can include physical fitness, seminars, workshops, classes, field trips, artistic endeavors such as trips to museums and a wide array of activities that promote overall well-being for our clients.

Come out and enjoy a 5K and a morning of fun filled family activities. Registrants will receive t-shirt (must register by June 1,2018) and top 3 age division awards will be presented following the event.

Join us at Southwestern Vermont Health Care's Centennial Community Day
immediately following race.

Event details and schedule

Packet pickup available on Saturday, June 9 from 9:00 - 11:00am at UCS, 100 Ledge Hill Drive, Bennington, VT. Registration and packet pickup also from at 7:30-8:30am on the day of the race at 316 Dewey Street, Bennington, VT. Ample parking is available at the UCS, 100 Ledge Hill Drive location.

The 5K will start at 9am for both walkers and runners. The Kid's Fun Run will start at 9:45 and is free to all.

Registration by June 1st - $20
Registration after June 1st- $25

Up to four family members by June 1st - $50
Up to four family members after June 1st - $60

Southwestern Vermont Health Care (SVHC) World-Record Jump Rope Race will take place at 12:15pm at the Monument Avenue Entrance Lot at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center.
