_ The 2018 LLFD Red Hot Run 5k/Kids Fun Run:

Join the Long Lake Fire Department on

Saturday July 28th, 2018 for the

Annual LLFD Red Hot Run 5k Run and Kids Fun Run with Sparky.

The 5k will begin at 9am at Long Lake Fire Station 1, 340 Willow Dr. N, Long Lake, MN.  This year will feature a new course that winds gently through the rolling terrain of the Long Lake neighborhood streets.  The Kids Fun Run with Sparky, the Fire Dog will begin at 10:00 a.m. Every child who participates in the Fun Run will receive a gift when they cross the finish line. The Fun Run with Sparky is FREE!

Proceeds from this event go to the Long Lake Volunteer Firemen's Relief Association. Same day registration is available starting at 8:00am. Every runner who is registered for the 2018 Red Hot Run by July 1st, 2018 is guaranteed an official LLFD Red Hot Run t-shirt.
