 _ 2018 River Jam 5K Run/Walk:

Early Bird Rate Through May 15. First 100 runners will receive a beautiful, free, tech t-shirt! Heart of Biddeford is excited to present the River Jam 5K, a fun run (or walk!) through historic downtown Biddeford! The run starts at Clifford Park and ends at Mechanics Park, where there will be a full day and evening of River Jam activities! Prizes in 6 adult categories plus 2 kid categories! The 5K will benefit Heart of Biddeford, a Main Street community organization that works to foster economic development and improve the downtown and quality of life within its boundaries. Registration is $20, and includes a free tech t-shirt (Early Bird discount of $5 until May 15). On-site registration available from 7-8 a.m. on race day for $25.

_ The course starts at the entrance to Clifford Park on Pool St, and heads west on Pool for 0.3 miles. Runners will turn left onto Hill Street for 0.93 miles then turn right at Saint Louis Field onto West Street for 0.51 miles. At the intersection, runners will turn right onto Alfred Street for 1.15 miles before curving right onto Main St. After turning right onto Main St., runners will turn right again onto Water Street, and finish in front of Mechanics Park.
