Description
The March 23rd Sandy Hook Run for the Families is being relocated to Hartford following overwhelming support and participant registration.
Capacity has been reached in Danbury, and this move to the Capital City will allow us to welcome all who wish to participate.
The race will be held rain, snow or shine.
Course Info
5K Start behind Old State House on Main Street; finish on Trinity Street
Runners will access the start from one of three side streets utilizing a
self-seeding process
All walkers and strollers will be directed to line up at the back of the start.
Animals, bicycles, & roller blades will not be allowed on the course.
Water will be available at start, finish and mile 2.
The Kids Race will be run in waves of 100 children.
The start of the kids race will be located on Trumbull St. at Pearl St.
