2013 Rockin' Marathon Relay Virginia Beach:

Wouldn't it be nice to team up with some friends and take on 26.2 miles together?
The Rockin' Marathon Relay offers the unique opportunity to gather a team to conquer a full marathon, all the while enjoying the fun party atmosphere at the relay exchange zone!
Teams of 2 or 4 members alternate relay legs until the full marathon distance is completed on a loop course.
One team member is out running hard on the course while the rest of the team is having a good time at the relay exchange zone.

Course Info

The course is mostly on the Lake Path at Mount Trashmore Park and measures 1.44 miles.
Relay teams will complete a full 18 laps.
The first leg of the relay will be lengthened to 1.72 miles to get the exact 26.2 miles.
Check the event website for how the legs are split up for an example 4 Person Team.

You may register as a team or may register as a single and be put into the "free agent" pool.
We will place you on a team based on preferences and running ability you indicate during the registration process.
This is a great way to meet new running buddies!
