I Run 4 Cal: 5K Run/Walk is a charity race at UC Berkeley for campus departments, scholarships, programs, and student groups. Participants will run (or walk!) the on-campus course to show their support of Cal. The party continues after with the I Run 4 Cal: 5K Run/Walk Expo providing fun booths, activities, and live entertainment for all runners and spectators.

Raise Money, Race, and Win Prizes

Runners/walkers are encouraged to seek sponsorships from friends and family in support of their run. Sponsorships will be donated to the UC Berkeley campus program (department, unit, scholarship, student group, program, etc.) of the runner's choice.

Those who raise $50 or more will receive raffle tickets to win great prizes including gift cards and athletic gear. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 males and females who finish the 5K with the fastest times. The student group or campus department that brings the most participants to the event will receive a $250 donation.
