Join us for our 5th Annual Folsom Firecracker. It
is a great event to kick off our Independence Day. While our country has some
problems, they are minor compared with many other countries. We would like to
celebrate the many blessings we have, while helping others in our community and
around the world. Part of the proceeds will go to various organizations of your
choice. Beneficiaries include 5 local and one in Mexico.
Course Info
The Folsom Firecracker is a 5K and 10K family oriented run. It is a fun run that will take you along the beautiful trails of Lake Natoma. The first mile of the race will start on closed roads of the Parkshore Business park then enter the bike trails of Lake Natoma.
Most of course is paved streets and bike trails, but there is some dirt trails, so be prepared. The course has some hills, but most is flat and is great for all ages.

From Sacramento/Davis:
- Take US-50
- Exit Folsom Blvd. (exit #23)
- Turn left onto Folsom Blvd.
- Travel 1.6 miles
- Turn Left on Woodmere Rd.
- Look for parking on the right.
From
Roseville/Rocklin:
- Take I-80 East (toward Reno)
- Exit Douglas Blvd. East
- Turn right onto Auburn-Folsom Road
- Cross Folsom Bridge and continue South on Folsom Blvd. (1.5 miles)
- Turn Right on Woodmere Rd.
- Look for parking on the right.
