The race is staged at Depot Park in the Village of Clarkston. A good portion of the route will be on gravel roads.
All participants and their supporters are welcome to enjoy the post-race party which will be held under a tent in the Clarkston News parking lot. Hot food and cold beverages will be complimentary for race participants, and for only a small fee for all race day supporters.
After completing 13.1 or 6.2, what better than a post-race tent filled with music, food and cold beverages? Enjoy a hot bowl of Back Roads Chili (compliments of Mesquite Creek) and whatever else the chef feels like serving that day! Wash it down with a cold glass of MIP Beer, and some other snacks provided by the Clarkston Rotary Club! No need to rush out of town early either, there are lots of unique and quaint shops to visit during your active recovery from your race!
