Course Info

A beautiful 5k run and/or walk course along the San Francisco Bay. The course will be marked. There will NOT be aid stations (water available at the Start/Finish). We will also have course leaders and volunteers running with the group.

DOGS, STROLLERS, AND HEADPHONES
With all of these items, please let common sense and courtesy be your guide.
You are welcome to bring your dogs. They must be leashed. You are welcome to bring your stroller. You are welcome to listen to music, but you'd probably have more fun chatting up other participants.

It is always your responsibility to be aware of your surroundings on the run or walk.
