Course Info
A scenic 5-mile loop along the banks of the Schuylkill River and Canal and the ravine and bluffsin beautiful Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County. A challenging trail run with varying difficulty. Several water crossings add to the thrills, along wooded natural terrain.
Directions
Start is at Lock 60 on the Schuylkill Canal Towpath just off Rt. 29, across the bridge
from Phoenixville or 2 1/2 miles south of Rt. 422. Finish line is at the pavilion in St.
Michaels Park. Parking is at St. Michaels Park at the end of Jacob St., Mont Clare.
Follow the signs on Rt. 29.

Other 31st Canal Day highlights include the 5-mile canoe/kayak race, paddle boat rides, canal jousting, kids games and crafts, fishing derby, kayak demos, live music throughout the day, food and much more.
