• Spring For A Cure For Leukemia and Lymphoma:- Run 3.1 Miles

5K In the East Bay will be hosting a 5K (3mile) Spring for a Cure Fun Run at Lake Merritt to raise money for LLS (Leukemia and Lymphoma Society). Please bring your family and friends to support this cause. We encourage people to dress up in fun, colorful, playful (but safe) attire, and have FUN WHILE YOU RUN! If running is not your thing, we do understand, but encourage you to still come out. Come take a stroll with us around the lake, make some new friends, and support a good cause. We will be providing a gift for all participants!

There will be a Kids Spring Hunt, prior to the beginning of the 5K, and we already have LOTS of prizes for the kids! These tickets are sold in donation format. Give as little or as much as you like. Please do register your child/ren if you plan on them particiapting, or email us to let us know if they are going to participate, so that we have an estimated head count.

Pre race, we will be providing coffee and condiments. Post race, we will be providing refreshments for all participants, as well as conducting a raffle. The first 20 people to register will receive one entry into our Raffle! Visit our website at www.5kInTheEastBay.com for more information.
