Description
This race will be a small and relaxing 5K/10K combination race. Both routes are simple out and backs (5K = 3.1 miles = 1.55 each way & 10K=6.2 miles = 3.1 each way). The race is capped at 45 participants TOTAL. All participants will receive a finisher's medal, goodies (protein bars, bananas, water, or any other recommended items), and an excellent workout! Photos will be taken during the event and posted for free on the SoCal Runs Facebook page. Results of the race with be posted on this website the same day of the race. Water, bananas, and any other requested snacks will be available for all participants. The race is designed to be ran on the bike path along the shores of Long Beach, however you may run on the sand if you wish.
Course Info
This is an open course, please be courteous and aware of other pedestrians, runners, and cyclists along the beach/bike path.
Please be aware that the parking meters are enforced beginning at 8am, plan accordingly.
