Description

Join South Lake Hospital, the LiveWell Fitness Center and the Susan G. Komen Central Florida Chapter for the inaugural PINK Week family fitness event. The week begins on Tuesday, July 23 with a spirited Tu-Tu 5k (tu-tus are optional but highly encouraged) beginning and ending at the entrance to the LiveWell Fitness Center. On Wednesday, take to the hills (with or without tu-tus) with a kids fun run, 4k trail run and mountain bike race on the cross country trails of the LiveWell Campus. Thursday closes out the colorful PINK Week activities with a sprint triathlon again with tu-tus if you choose -- at beautiful Lake Louisa State Park. Proceeds from the weeks races benefit the Susan G. Komen Central Florida Chapter and the South Lake Hospital Foundation, together providing low-income women in South Lake County life-saving mammogram screenings to detect breast cancer.

Course Info

The NTC 4K Trail Run Series will take place at the NTC track.
The couse will use off-road trails around the NTC Track. The terrain is challenging with climbs that you will not find anywhere else in Florida.

We will have a free kids (6 years of age and under) run at 6:20 pm followed by our scheduled
race at 6:30 pm

Entry fees are $25 for one race or $60 for all 4 races.
