In honor of National Running Day, registration for the 36th annual Dana Point Turkey Trot will open on June 6 to let runners everywhere celebrate by committing to participate in what Fitness Magazine has called one of Americas best Thanksgiving Day runs. Known for its scenic coastal routes, beautiful weather, and family-friendly activities, the Dana Point Turkey Trot has become an Orange County tradition, attracting more than 16,000 participants, to its 5K, 10K, Kids Gobble Wobble, and two-day health and wellness expo.

Proceeds from this race will benefit The Boys & Girls Club of Capistrano Valley, Family Assistance Ministries, The VFW Post 9934 and the Dana Point 5th Marine Regiment Support Group.
