2014 Runner's Den Pancake Run presented by IHOP:
Thirty-six years and running!
Enjoy our rich history and join us for one of the oldest and most popular events on the Valley Running Calender!
Originally staged in 1979 to showcase the talents of marathon legend Bill Rodgers, our event has hosted and American 10K record and boasts the deepest field of sub-thirty minute runners ever assembled (54 in 1984!)
We are pleased to welcome back the Paradise Valley Mall Diaper Derby, a 50 yeard dash for kids up to 36 months of age.
Course Info
Flat, fast with splits every mile. Aid stations at approximately 1.5 & 3.5 miles.
Courses are flat and fast and both certified by USAT&F.
Split time text messaging will be available in addition to finish line video
