5k run through historical district of beautiful Silverhill Alabama.
Everyone. Runners. Walkers, Joggers, Jogging Strollers. Sorry, but four legged friends are not allowed.
The 5K course will run through the picturesque Town of Silverhill.
There will also be a One Mile Fun Run.
Saturday, September 21, 2013 beginning at 8:00 a.m.
Fun Run 9 am, Parade 10 am Awards after the parade.
The race will begin at the Silverhill Ballpark and end at the intersection of Highway 104 and County Road 55.
This event will raise funds to improve the Silverhill Ballpark and Playground area.
The Town of Silverhill would like to encourage everyone to come out and join in the event in order to keep the Town of Silverhill a

The race Is a certified 5K course (certification code: AL 08036 JD) that runs through the heart of our rural community. The terrain is mostly flat with a few hills that should not present a challenge to the runners.
Awards to 5K runners for top 3 male & female for each age division:
0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-49 (Masters), 50-59 (Grandmasters), 60+ (Senior Grandmasters) and top 3 male and female overall.
