General Event Information (any unique details)- Entry fee includes admission to the $750,000 Santa Anita Derby.  Event features a Post-Race Party on the infield including live music, fabulous food and beer garden. Chip timing for 5K and Kids Race. T-shirts & finisher medals for all.

Course Description- Course starts and finishes at the legendary Santa Anita Park.  Start line is an official racetrack starting gate.  The flat, fast course runs through the beautiful L.A. Arboretum and finishes on the track.

Proceeds Benefit- Arcadia High School, El Monte High School, Alhambra High School, Arroyo High School, Arcadia Historical Museum, CARMA (Funds for Retired California racehorses).

Awards & Prizes - Finisher medals for all! Awards given to top three male and female finishers in each age division. $700 Seabiscuit Prize purse to be distributed between masters and open top 3 male & female.
