Part running, carrying, pulling, pushing, climbing, and crawling, TREK is your WOD of the day! Your Special Ops' Scout will lead you along a 3 - 5 mile journey, making fitness fun with a combination of instructor engagments, mental and physical challenges, and Head-to-Head competitions. Upon arrival, participants will be divided into teams, given a leader and their first mission statement.
Each member will Define Themselves as they organically develop trust, committment, and teamwork. The time and distance may vary from TREK to TREK, but the sense of self accomplishment will last a lifetime. Once you complete the course and taste victory, you will have earned the coveted TREK Coin.
