Swim
Water temps for this open water swim course typically hover around 60 at this time of year so wetsuits are recommended! Beginning at the dock near the swim beach, athletes will swim a clockwise, rectangular course.
Bike:
Rolling hills at the base of the fabulous Flatirons! The views on this course cant be beat! Athletes will leave the park through the main entrance, then head south for a right on Jay Rd... the course will vary for Sprint and Olympic after that. Run:
This out and back course is flat, fast & beautiful as you run across the Boulder Reservoir dam. There will be 2 opportunities to fuel up at or near each mile marker, preparing you for that slight downhill sprint to the finish! Olympic will complete the course twice.
