A four event festival consisting of a Duathlon, 5k, Fun Run and Bike Time Trial. The most unique part of this event is the venue...it's held at a working airport! Yes...you'll run on a real runway!

Course Info

The first 3 mile run is on the Drake Airport runway! Yes...the runway! The bike course is out and back on Scenic Hwy 71 and the final 3 mile run is flat and fast as well. The finish is located just in front of the airport terminal. This course is geared to people looking for a challenge, but is not too hilly for an early season test. A good first-time event for an individual or team or a great way to kickoff the race season for the seasoned athlete.

Fayetteville Executive Airport, Drake Field, 4500 S School Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701 is located only 5 miles from downtown Fayetteville on Hwy 71. The airport terminal is where packet / timing chip pickup is located. Event parking is located next to the Transition area. See Course Maps for more detail.
