2014 Owls 5K Run:
The 6th Annual Owls 5K Walk/Run will take place on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at The Perch (a segment of the KSU Sports and Recreation Park, 390 Big Shanty Rd, Marietta, GA 30144). This year, the Owls 5K is supporting The Owls Fund and Friends of Jaclyn Foundation, a not for profit organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life for children and their families who are battling pediatric brain tumors and to raise awareness about this insidious disease. Online registration will last until Friday, March 7, 2014 at 11:59 a.m. Day of event registration will include a price increase. The race will commence at 12:00 p.m. Following the race, participants are invited to pick up their race t-shirt and take advantage of free admission at Fifth Third Bank Stadium to enjoy the KSU Women's Lacrosse game vs. Davidson College beginning at 1:00 p.m.
