Description

2014 Diaper Dash 5K & Family Fun Run/Walk:

Check-In begins at 7:30 AM at Seymour High School on race morning. Free parking is available at the high school.

All registered participants ages 12 & under can participate in a "Fun Run" at 8:30 AM prior to race start (No additional fee necessary) The '"Fun Run" will be two laps around the high school track. Any child who wishes to earn pledges to raise his or her Race Registration Fee (or additional donations for the Valley Diaper Bank) using this pledge form.

Opening Ceremonies will begin at 8:45 AM near the starting line. The 1st Annual Diaper Dash 5K steps off at 9:00 sharp. Runners will begin towards the front, walkers towards the back. Closing Ceremonies will follow the 5K at approximately 10:30 AM.

Course Info

The 5K will take place on a certified road course in the neighborhoods around Seymour High School.

There will be two water stops along the course.

The course features some downhills during the first 2 miles and an incline towards the end before finishing on the SHS track.
