Warm up your Thanksgiving appetite with the Turkey Day 5K/10K! Since 1989, this event has brought family and friends together to start the day in a healthy way. Join runners, joggers and walkers for a morning of fun.

The race-day venue will be in the south parking lot of the Wesley Bolin Plaza. Here you will find race-day registration, bib pickup for pre-registered athletes, our official food bank taking donations, awards tent and post-race food. 

We're offering a 1-Mile Gobbler Dash for kids ages 12 and under! Participants will receive a T-shirt, and cost to register is just $12. Additionally, we're happy to introduce the Tot Trot, a 25-50 yard dash for kids ages 6 and under! Registration costs just $8 and includes a youth size T-shirt. Once kids finish each race, they're welcome to hang out in the Kids Zone for face painting, balloon artists, turkey hats, and other arts and crafts.

Enjoy a scenic, flat 5K/10K course with your family and friends! The course was designed to let runners experience downtown Phoenix in a unique, unhurried way. The TD5K/10K starts at Wesley Bolin Plaza on Jefferson heading east to 3^rd Avenue, north to McKinley, then south back to Washington via 4^th Avenue. The spectacular stretch into the finish line offers a picturesque backdrop highlighted with the state  capitol building. Join us and prepare your appetite for Thanksgiving dinner!

Strollers are allowed, but must line up behind individual runners and walkers. Music players with headphones are allowed.
