Description
Join us for a 1 mile or 5K Fun Run/Walk event at Vasona Park at the Meadowbrook site.  All profits raised from this event will benefit Operation Freedom Paws. http://operationfreedompaws.org/

It is a wonderful non-profit organization that pairs service dogs with veterans. All dogs come from shelters and rescue groups. Dogs are welcome to run.

 It is a beautiful, flat course around the lake. Prizes awarded to top finishers and dog teams. A dog handling demonstration will take place immediately following the run. Meet receipiant of CNN's Top 10 Hero Award and founder of Operation Freedom Paws, Mary Cortani.
