Description
The Viking 5K Run is a fun event catering to runners, health walkers, families, and anyone who seeks to raise their heart rates and support St. Johns River State College. Additionally, the Run serves as a fundraiser that will help support the College by providing resources to students and programs.
The race will be professionally timed and scored by RaceSmith, Inc. The race will be timed using disposable, electronic tags attached to the bib number. Printed results will be posted at the race site and live online during the race at www.RaceSmith.com.
The overall male and female winners of the 5K will receive $100. 1st,
2nd, & 3rd place prizes will be awarded to both male and female runners in
the following age groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34,
35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & up.
