Help fight Arthritis by participating in the Jingle in July 5k Run/Walk for Arthritis. 

Get out of the summer heat and run underground at Meritex Executive Park where the average year-round temperature is 68 degrees. There are no hills and the course never ventures outside. The route is flat, festive, and fun! There will be plenty of fun activities for the whole family at Jingle in July Run/Walk including a holiday lights hallway, face painting, appearances by Kansas City Royals mascot Slugerrr and a magician!

Wear a holiday themed costume. Tie jingle bells to your shoelaces. Raise funds to help find a cure for arthritis, the nation's leading cause of disability. Run or walk a 5 kilometer route with your team members and celebrate the summer by giving!
