Bring the Movement 5K Run/Walk 2014

Online registrations are accepted through Tuesday, July 8, 2014. Participants are encouraged to register in advance to receive a discounted price and complimentary t-shirt. On-site registration begins race day at 7:30 AM. Dogs and strollers are welcome.

Chicago Dance Institute's 6th Annual "Bring the Movement 5K" helps to raise awareness and funding for Arts Education in Chicago Schools. Chicago Dance Institute (CDI) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit arts education organization that brings dance to Chicago's youth. Through in-school partnerships, residencies, and public performances, CDI operates as a catalyst to engage children and motivate them towards excellence. It is founded with the knowledge that the arts have a unique power to engage and motivate children, while developing a standard of discipline, confidence, and expression.

This is your opportunity to join your community and raise money to fund programs that underscore our belief that the arts should be a part of every child's education.
