RACE DETAILS: Join us for the 2014 Doggie Dash 5K run/walk to benefit the Friends of the Laurel County Animal Shelter and the Tri-County Sports Authority.
COST: $30
BENEFITS: 1) Each person who signs up will pay for SHOTS AND DE-WORMING medication for 2 DOGS via the Friends of Laurel County Animal Shelter.
2) Every person who registers will also automatically donate $5 to the Tri-County Sp...orts Authority (www.TriCountySportsAuthority.com). AND...
3) This is a great opportunity to share a 5K run/walk with your loved ones, colleagues and of course, your BEST FURRY FRIEND!
One dog per participant! PARTICIPANTS ARE WELCOME TO RUN/WALK WITHOUT A DOG.
Race starts at the clubhouse parking lot (near the amphitheater).
AWARDS: Top M & F finishers with small dog (< 20 lbs); Top M & F finishers with medium dog (20-50 lbs) and Top M & F finishers with large dog (> 50 lbs). Top M & F finishers without a dog.
All dogs participating must be well-socialized and friendly with people and dogs of all sizes.
All dogs must be leashed and under the control of a human at all times.
Race organizers reserves the right to remove any dog who is behaving aggressively towards people or dogs.
All dogs must be current on rabies vaccinations.
