Description
The Grind II is a run/walk road race that benefits the historic Beck's Mill, a grist mill that is over 150 years old. The 5K starts at 9:00 am and the 10K starts at 9:45 am. Race day packet pick up will be on site starting at 7:30 am. Pre/post-race drinks and snacks provided along with water stations along both routes.
Last year's inaugural event offered only a 10K distance but attracted over 90 participants with most vowing to come back and bring their friends to the "best road race of the year."

Both courses offer a hill challenge directly out of the start, both becoming slightly rolling and end with a down hill finish; description is stronger for the 10K course. Race is computer timed.
