Description

This is the first annual Halloween Fun Run, soon to be world famous!!! The run takes place at the beautiful Oleta River State Park facility in North Miami. The Fun Run is a challenging trail run with a multitude of options as to how to navigate the course to cross the finish line. Each individual (or team) will receive a detailed trail map of the course 10 MINUTES PRIOR to race start. Along the course there will be 10 marked bracelet stations where race personnel will be waiting with bracelets to pass out as you run through. Additionally, the stations will double as water stations with personnel staged at each one.

Mixture of on and off road with trail running

The intermediate level race will require each participant (or team) to pass through and acquire 5 bracelets (any 5 of your choice).

The advanced level race will require each participant (or team) to acquire 8 bracelets (any 8 of your choice).

Here is where things get interesting. Each individual, or team, can strategize his or her own path as to the best possible route to travel to get the best time while staying with the flow of traffic for all the trails (no turning around, traffic flows in one direction).

This race will be the most fun you can have this Haloween with friends, family, or going at it alone! Race individually or as a member of a 2 to 3 person team. This is Halloween, so break out your best costumes (or team uniforms) because judges will be rewarding for best dressed.
