2010 WWC Duathlon & 5k Walk/Run:

  • The 3rd Annual Waukon Wellness Center Duathlon & 5k Walk/Run will be held on September 18, 2010!
  • The race starts at 8:00a.m., rain or shine.
  • No refunds!
    • Course Info
  • The race begins with a 5k run, which starts in the South parking lot of the Waukon Wellness Center. This run will take you through residential Waukon, there are a few hills, but overall this should be a fun run. There will be water stations at every mile. (All 5k Walk/Run participants will be done after this leg is completed).
  • The 10k bike ride takes you on blacktop West of Waukon. The bike is an out and back this year.
  • The run takes you on part of the 5k route and ends again at the Waukon Wellness Center.

  • The race itself begins and ends at the Waukon Wellness Center: 1220 3rd Ave NW, Waukon, IA 52172.
  • Waukon is in Northeast Iowa, approximately 25 miles South of the Minnesota border and 17 miles West of the Wisconsin border.
