Run to GiveLight will be held on October 25th, 2014 at the Baylands park, Sunnyvale.

Run a 1k/5k//10k scenic course through the Naturalist theme Baylands park, with many acres of native grasses, open meadows and wonderful vistas.

Entry Fees

• Individual 5K

$35 until October 24th , $45 race day.

• Individual 10k

$35 until October 24th , $45 race day.

• 1k kids fun run

$15 until October 24th , $20 race day.

Awards

Winners will be awarded.

Free snacks, face painting, henna tattoos, kids crafts

Funds raised will be used to help fund orphans and orphanages around the world, in response to natural disasters and extreme condition.

About Givelight Foundation

Our mission is to build nurturing and provide high quality education for orphans around the world. We are a tax exempt non-profit, primarily run by volunteers. Founded in the wake of 2004 tsunami, we started with the first home in Aceh, Indonesia sponsoring 50 orphans. Since than we have expanded to 9 other countries including Pakistan, Haiti, Cambodia, Sri Lanka etc. supporting 800+ children. Our most recent project is a new home in Casablanca Morocco, which we hope to build this winter as soon as we obtain the permit.
