Team VHL is coordinating a 5k for charity at the Rockville Maryland Road Runner Sports on Sunday, October 19th. Road Runner Sports is producing this event through their Community Cares Program.
The VHL Alliance provides funding for cancer research and patient services. VHL is a rare genetic cancer syndrome who happens to be holding their annual conference in Rockville this year.
Please join us in raising money and awareness for The VHL Alliance.

Registration Fee: $25 (100% of the Registration Fee goes to the VHL Alliance)
Your registration includes a VHL Warrior Shirt and goodies at the finish line.
Bring your kids, bring your spouse, bring your pooch, this is a fun family event.
We are also looking for 12 volunteers to man a water stop and provide course support. Please email me if you'd like to help.

Course Info
This 5k Course is running/walking in the neighborhood at Road Runner Sports and is an easy out and back course. With volunteers cheering you along and a water stop at the turnaround.
You will receive a VHL Warrior Shirt along with goodies at the finishline.
