Description

Scenic run/walk through resort area on leeward south Maui coastline.

Musical entertainment along course as well as opportunities to view humpback whales at several points.

Post-race breakfast and awards on grounds of Maui Beach and Golf Resort, Makena.

Course Info

Course is moderate, loop from start at Makena Beach and Golf Resort north toward Wailea.

Sloping hill at Makena Landing for all and Fairmont Kea Lani for 1/2 marathon only.

Some unimproved shoulder areas on Makena Rd. south of Makena Resort.
