2015 Turtle Crawl Triathlon & 5K Run:

International Distance Triathlon

1500 meter swim, 29 mile bike, 10k run
Start at 7am

Sprint Distance Triathlon

600 meter swim, 14.5 mile bike, 5k run
Start at 7:30am

5K Run/Walm

Start at 8:15am

Course Info

All course are flat and very fast

Olympic:

The race takes place on historic Jekyll Island, Georgia.

Jekyll Island is a great place for destination triathlon and is one of the fastest olympic courses in Georgia.

Ocean swim.

Paved surface run and bike - - -Sprint:

Sprint tri is very fast - great first timer event.

Time start on the swim followed by a one loop bike and out and back run that are both very flat.- - -

Directions

Located between Savannah and Jacksonville, Jekyll Island is convenient to Interstate-95.
To get to the island on I-95, take Exit 29 and follow the signs east on U.S. 17 for approximately 6 miles. Turn right onto the Downing Musgrove Causeway (Ga-520).
Be sure to stop at the Jekyll Island Guest Information Center, located about 4 miles down the Causeway, on the left.
Travel through the Guest Information Center and Plaza onto Jekyll after paying your Parking Fee, then begin your escape to Jekyll Island!
