2015 Chimpathon 16K Run:

• Save the Chimps welcomes you to the 1st Chimpathon 16 km race on Sunday March 29, 2015 at 7:30 a.m.
• We invite runners and walkers alike to experience one of the most unique courses in the world.

• The race starts and finishes at St. Lucie County Fairgrounds on Florida’s Treasure Coast where friends and family can cheer you on.
• After leaving the Fairgrounds, you’ll use circular ramps to access an aerial sidewalk, travel down a country road and run or walk a 1-1/2 mile lap through the world’s largest chimpanzee sanctuary.
• This experience has never been available to anyone before since the sanctuary is closed to the public.
• There is no other race like it in the world!
