2015 Lyme Research Alliances Race Against Lyme 5K:
• Come support Lyme disease research & education at the 1st Lyme Research Alliance and Tick-Borne Disease Alliance combined walk/run!
• Race Against Lyme is part of the organization's commitment to prevention, education, treatment and research activities related to Lyme and other tick-borne diseases.
• The incidence of Lyme disease continues to rise in our state, especially among our children.
Course Info
The 5k Walk/Run, timed to help kick off Connecticut's Lyme Disease Awareness Month, will cover a flat 5k loop on local neighborhood roads, ending back inside the Park.
Children will have a chance to race on a loop course of their own inside the park.
There will also be a ceremonial one-loop course for Lyme patients.
