Danny Killen Memorial Run/Walk to Emmaus

2015 "Danny Killen Memorial Walk / Run To Emmaus" will be on Saturday, March 21 at First United Methodist Church in Tuscumbia at 104 East Third Street. This event is a 5K / 1 Mile Fun Run and all proceeds are going to support one of Danny's favorite places, Camp Sumatanga. Danny spent many wonderful hours at this 1700-acre mountain retreat facility participating in many outings and retreats but most often he was there supporting the "Walk to Emmaus", a 72 Hour spiritual weekend experience designed to develop Christian leaders and disciples. Day of schedule: 7am - Registration begins; 8am- 5K Start; 9am - 1 Mile Start. Entry fee: 5K: $18 / 1 Mile: $12.
