2016 Peace-Love-Run Half Marathon, Sacramento:

• Nothing but Peace and love at this scene! Go-go girls, hippie chicks, Woodstock dudes, and Sonny and Cher will all be there!What will you wear? Events are 13.1, 10k, 5k and kid's dash which is approximately 400 meters. The medal is a groovy 60's theme VW medal. Half marathon athletes receive tech shirts nad cotton t's for the 10k nad 5k athletes. Races ordered by March 12 receive women's shirts, whih run a little smaller and fit curves. Races ordered after March 12 receive unisex shirts. Start time is 8 am. Flash back to the 60's!

Course Info

• Start and finish line are in Crocker Park. The course is mostly flat with some elevation along paved and dirt paths along the Sacramento River in East Sacramento. The half marathon route includes crossing the golden Tower Bridge into West Sacramento.
