Top 10 Male and Female Run finishers
Thank you for your interest in the 34th Annual Rick Melanson Peavine Falls Run. This race is designed to show our appreciation for BTC members, that is why the cost is only $15! This year the race will be bigger than ever. The race will be chip-timed and awards will be given to top 10 males and top 10 females.
The run is located in Oak Mountain State Park. This beautiful 8.2 mile out-and-back run starts at the Dogwood Pavilion and runs 3.5 miles to the Peavine Falls Parking lot. The return trip is on the same road but takes a scenic 1.2 mile single-track trail detour back to the picnic area.
This is your chance to run this classic event on the 4th of July while less adventurous runners travel to Atlanta and "shuffle" through the Peachtree course with 50,000 other "joggers".
To be guaranteed your shirt size you must register early. Please note that shirt sizes are gender specific.
NOTE: Entry fee is non-refundable. Bib Number Transfer to another person is NOT available to BTC Race Series participants. Online Bib Number Transfers to other participant Must be completed via RunSignUp before Thursday, July 2, 2015. Log back in using your UserID and initiate the transfer. [How to instructions]
