• Concerns of Police Survivors 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

When: Thursday, August 20, 2015, 6:30 p.m. Rain or Shine. Kiddie K starts at 6:20 p.m.

Where: Wyoming Park, Wyoming, DE (from Dover, head south on Rt. 13, turn right onto Rt. 10, which becomes
Camden-Wyoming Ave, turn right onto Railroad Ave and left onto 3rd Street. The park is on your right.

Course: Flat, fast looped course starting & finishing at Wyoming Park. Course is USATF certified.

Registration: $20 until August 13, $25 after and on event day. Kiddie K is FREE (8 & under). Registration starts at 5:30p.m. at Wyoming Park. Make checks payable and mail to Delaware COPS, 2772 Hazlettville Rd, Dover, DE

Silent Hero: Can't make it to the event but would like to support the COPS? Register as Silent Hero!

Burp & Run: Test your total fitness! Prior to the start of the 5K (6:45), line up and do as many burpees as possible in 2 minutes. We'll subtract 5 seconds from your 5K finish time for each burpee. CROSSFIT DOVER will
present awards to the top 3 male/female winners & male/female that completes the most burpees.

Awards: Unique awards for overall male, female and masters winners, top 3 in 10 year age groups starting at 14 &
under through 70 and over. 5K walk awards to top 3 male & female finishers. Awards to top 3 male &
female & police officers, top 3 teams consisting of 3 officers from the same agency. The top team will win
the “Top Cop Team Cup” to be rotated each year between team winners. Police team entries must be
mailed together! Medals to all Kiddie K finishers and t-shirts to all participants. Post race refreshments
