Description

The Hare Racing Experience is a family-oriented event held at the University of South Florida. In 2010, 500 runners/walkers participated in the 5K and 1 mile runs/walks and the kids' fun runs. The kids came for a picture with the Easter Bunny and Ronald McDonald. Refreshments provided by DoubleTree Guest Suites - Tampa Bay, Sweet Tomatoes and Panera Bread.
Directions1 Take I-275 to Fowler Ave. Go east to 50th Street and turn left. Proceed for 1/4 mile and turn left onto Elm St. Proceed until you come to the Athletic Department Building. Parking is behind the building. OR take I-75 to Fowler Ave. Go west to 50th Street and turn right. Proceed for 1/4 mile and turn left onto Elm St. Proceed until you come to the Athletic Department Building. Parking is behind the building.
