You hear it all the time - running is all about putting one foot in front of the other. But for some, it isn't that simple!

Join StartLine Racing and Ultimate Stamina Coaching as we host Strides 4 Spines, benefiting Barrow Neurological Institute. This event will feature at 5K, 10K, and Kids' Dash (1 mile) and will be held at the beautiful Arizona Falls. The event will also serve as part of the Dignity Health Run Series (see details below)!

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Barrow Neurological Institute in honor of Cristin Van Driel and Ultimate Stamina Coaching, our race host.  Along with the help of Dr. Porter and the amazing staff at Barrow, Cristin was able to return to competitive racing and coaching after overcome a major spinal injury that left her temporarily paralyzed.

Dignity Health Run Series

This event is proud to be part of the 2015/16 Dignity Health Run Series.

Why run in just one event when you can save so much by registering for the whole Series!

This year's Series is even bigger (7 total events), features the best events from last year along with some awesome new ones.

And don't forget - this is a StartLine Racing Series which means big prizes!!

Get points for every event you complete, with extra points being awarded based on your age group and overall finish.  At the end of the series the top 100 point earns, plus all participants that complete at least 4 of the 7 series events, will be entered into our Dignity Health Run Series Prize Drawing.

Along with great prizes from StartLine and our sponsors, one person will walk away with a suite to a 2016 Arizona Diamondbacks Game!!

Race Day Information

• Race Day Registration will be available beginning at 7:00am.
  • We accept cash, check, and credit cards (Visa or Master Card) on race day
    
    
• Race Day fees will be $40 for the 10K & 5K and $30 for the 1 Mile
