This annual 5K run or walk event offers a wonderful opportunity for the whole family to participate in beautiful surroundings. Snacks will be provided along the route and entry fees will include a handsome T-shirt and support the Safe Shelter of St Vrain Valley's "Stay Safe, Stay Healthy" focus and the Longmont Ending Violence Initiative. Pre registration is recomended.

Registration, Race Start and Awards Location - East side of Dawson Park. Dawson Park is located on the East side of McIntosh Lake in Longmont. Run along beautiful McInthosh Lake. This event is a 5K run or walk.
