Location
Our 5k Run, Mile Walk and Children’s Fun Run will be conducted on the beautiful Derby Greenway.  Each will start on the industrial park access road behind BJs located at 20 Division Street in Derby. The Children’s Fun Run begins at 8:30 the Mile Walk and 5k begin at 9:00

Schedule of Events

Registration begins at 8:00 a.m.
Children’s Fun Run (1 mile) begins at 8:30 a.m.
Mile Walk and 5k Run begins at 9:00 a.m.
Post race refreshments available after crossing the finish line
Free Bib # Raffle begins at 9:30 a.m.
Race Awards presented at 10:00 a.m.

Prizes
Overall top three finishers male and female
By gender & age category 15 & under, 16-25, 26-35, 36-45, 45-59 and over 59

Registration Fees
5k & Mile Walk – Online Registration: Adults – $20; Under 18 – $10
5k & Mile Walk – Walk Up / Mail In Registration – $25; Under 18 – $15
Children’s Fun Run (under 10)  – $5

The 5k course will proceed from the start / finish line on the industrial park access road and loop by the fountain at Division Street onto the Greenway. It will continue on the Greenway and go under Route 8. After crossing under the railroad trestle it will turn right and then follow the loop in the Greenway back to the railroad trestle where it will turn right and head back to the start / finish line. A great course to run a personal best on!

The Mile Walk and Children’s Fun Run events follow the same course as the 5k. There is a cone that marks a half mile at the cone the participants reverse course and head back to the start / finish line.  but at the half mile
