38th anniversary of the kick-off to running in Portland. St. Patrick's celebration; 35,000 field limit. 5k, 8k, 15k, half marathon, 5k walk, 1k kids Leprechaun Lap. Live music, beergarden and food, course entertainment, awards. Two-day Shamrock Fitness Fair March 11-12 at Oregon Convention Center.
