Gift of Life Walk/Run for Life

• 5K Run/Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

Gift of Life is proud to host Walk for Life on Sunday, October 18, 2015. The 5k is the only event in the Capital Region area that is solely dedicated to raising awareness for bone marrow and blood stem cell transplants. Gift of Life uses funds raised at the Walk for Life to add new donors to the worldwide bone marrow registry. Event also features first-time meeting of bone marrow recipient and life-saving donor.

From 395 North:
Take 395 North across the 14th Street Bridge.  Take Exit #2 Potomac Park/Park Police.  Follow signs towards Hains Point.  Turn Left onto Buckeye Drive.  Take a right onto Ohio Drive.  Keep straight to the tip of the point.  The picnic area is fenced in where the two playgrounds are located.

From 395 South:  
Take the Exit #2 towards Potomac Park/Park Police.  Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Ohio Drive.  Follow sings towards Hains Point.  Keep straight to the tip of the point.
