2015 Chord Half Marathon & 5K Run:

• The ChORD Half Marathon/5K will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015 and will start/finish at the UF Cultural Plaza Parking Lot (across from Southwest Gym).

• The race will support the Pediatric Division of Genetics and Metabolism. Funds raised from the half marathon/5K will directly benefit the areas of greatest need, including nutrition education, low-protein cooking demonstrations, sibling meet-and-greet events, and scholarships for metabolic camps.

Directions

The race will start in front of the Southwest Recreation Center located at 3150 Hull Rd, Gainesville, FL 32611. 

Coming from the south: drive north  I-75 until you reach the exit for Archer road.  Make a right onto Archer Road.  Then make a left onto 34th street.  The make a right onto Hull Road and follow the parking signs. 

Coming from the north: Drive south on  I-75  until you reach the exit for Newberry Road.  Make a left onto Newberry Road.  Then make a right onto 34th street.  The make a left onto Hull Road and follow the parking signs. 

Coming from the east: From SR 301 make a right onto University Avenue.  Make a left onto 34th Street.  Make a left onto Hull Road and follow the parking signs.
