The 2nd Annual Solana Beach Sunset 5K (Southern California’s ONLY Sunset Beach Run) returns bigger and better than ever! Benefiting San Diego County Medical Society Foundation’s diabetes prevention efforts, the Solana Beach Sunset 5K Beach Run and Wellness Expo shows our community how to truly enjoy fitness while learning how to adopt healthy habits. Stunning scenery, beautiful venue (Fletcher Cove Park), family-friendly activities and partners which include: The County of San Diego, Live Well San Diego, The Solana Beach Chamber of Commerce, UC San Diego, The Doctor’s Insurance Agency, The City of Solana Beach and The San Diego County Medical Society… there is something for everyone!

Look forward to the health and wellness expo, live music by "706 Union Band," Olympian Milena Glusac as event MC, food, drinks, awesome CoolMax race shirts, finishers medals to all participants and awards for top 3 male/female runners, plus a whole lot more! This is 2015’s most beautiful 5K fun run/walk.
